To view items on the site

As an example:

Click on ‘Beads’.

Click on ‘Semi-Precious’.

Click on ‘Amethyst’.

Select an item, click on the picture.

The product picture, enlargement and description are shown here.

The beads, components and tools are grouped together under the heading ‘Stock List’. By clicking on one of the headings a drop down list appears, this shows the range of  Beads, Chains, Pendants, etc., currently available.

Click on the product type (or the picture of the product type), this shows the items within the product type. 

Click on the item picture, this will show all of the items available.

Click on an individual item. This will give a description of the item, alongside the Unit of Sale and the product price.

To enlarge the picture place the cursor over the picture an enlargement will appear alongside.  Move the cursor over the picture to enlarge other areas of the product. The enlargement disappears when the cursor is moved away from the picture.

To buy an item.

Follow the instructions above in ‘To view items on the site’.

The description will include the pack size. Select the quantity in the drop down box. Click on the blue box ‘Add to Cart’. This takes you to the ‘What’s in My Cart?’ screen. From here you can see all of the items selected. You can ‘Continue Shopping’ to add further items to the cart, go to the ‘Checkout’, or ‘Remove’ items.

When all of the items you may wish to buy have been selected, click on ‘Checkout’. This will then show 3 options.

New Customer:  An opportunity to register with the site to be able to track orders, review previous orders and receive email offers and updates.

Returning Customer: for those who have previously registered.

Straight to Checkout: for those that do not wish to register.

New Customer.

On the ‘My Account Information’ screen please enter your name, email address, your postal address, telephone number and password. Click on ‘Continue’. Confirmation that ‘Your Account Has Been Created!’ appears. Please click on ‘Continue’.

This brings up the Delivery Information screen where the address can be changed and you have the opportunity to add any comments should you so wish. Click on ‘Continue’.

Enter payment details into the secure Cardsave payment screen.

The Order Confirmation screen will appear, showing the items to be purchased, the Billing Address and the Payment information. Please ensure these are correct, if incorrect please use the edit facility.

Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and confirm by clicking the adjacent box, a tick will appear. If everything is OK please click on “Confirm Order’.

‘Your Order Has Been Processed!’ Screen appears. Clicking on the box next to the product line gives an opportunity to receive updates regarding the product range selected. Please click on ‘Continue’. This will return you to the homepage.

You will then receive email confirmation of your order.

Returning Customer.
